ISM 2017

In September 2017, VAUTID’ headquarters in Germany arranged a conference for the company’s partners and distributors — the organizations which, on behalf of VAUTID, offer system solutions for wear problems to customers in a variety of industries, right around the world.

The group convened from 24th to 26th September 2107 in the Saar conference facilities of the SHG hospitals group in Völklingen near Saarbrücken. Specialist forums for the cement industry, steelmaking and the recycling industry heard from experts who shared their strategies and experiences in various sectors across different geographical regions. New developments in products and applications were presented and discussed, as were the experiences gained from numerous successful projects.

This meant that even those distributors who only started to represent the company relatively recently had the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the company and the possibilities which exist within the organization. They were also able to get to know the experienced individuals who serve as contacts for various industries and applications.

The event enabled attendees to learn from each other, and it reinforced cooperation within the organization, as well as promoting “we” thinking. This can only serve to help VAUTID GROUP expand its presence worldwide and enhance its position as a global specialist in wear protection solutions.
